How long will it take to process my order?
While we offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, the normal shipping time in the US is usually 5-7 business days depending on the order’s final destination. International is usually 7-12 business days depending on the order’s final destination & customs.
Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
Yes, an email will be sent out to the email address provided on your order with your tracking number for United States only, once your order is complete.
Are there any items not eligible for USPS Flat-rate shipping?
Yes, International product’s packaging is is not “flat rate”  These items include: additional prices for extra items, items by size and dimension.
Do you create your own custom designs & do you handle custom design orders?

Our very own Brian K. creates all of our designs and does a great job at getting them close to perfect with his graphic design skills. Although some designs may resemble copies, we do a great job at making them better with our own twist. If you have your own idea for a T-shirt or one of our accessories – check out our special Design Lab and create your own designs.

Is the Born From A Bitcoin (BFAB) associated with the NWE Capital (New Way Earners)?

Yes, we are part of the New Way Earners Team. We decided to offer consumer products as well earning potential through teaching our members the Bitcoin Basics & Market Analysis.

Damaged Items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a weeks time so that we may resolve any issues.  ( 1 week )

Wrong Size

If you’re unhappy with the size you received, first check the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was misspelled. Let us know within a weeks time and we’ll get you sorted out. If you’d like a different size, get in touch with us at [ ] and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.

Our policy lasts 15 business days, be sure to contact us within one week of receiving your purchase.  If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase and/or Packing Slip. If it was misplaced you can contact us at ( ) and we will able to look up your purchase history.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return seeing we reserve the right.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will send you instructions and on how to exchange your item. send your item to: the address that will be provided on the return label.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: the address that will be provided on the return label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs if any will be handled by the Customer. If you receive a refund,  you will receive the exact amount at the time of purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. So we appreciate your patience and understanding.

If items over $75 are being shipped for return, BFAB uses a trackable US shipping service to ensure we receive your return.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

It’s good to first double check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Just contact us at with your 1) order number, 2) date of purchase, and 3) shipping address.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your (the customers) expense to order a new item.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

Please send 1) A detailed description of what was damaged upon delivery 2) a photo verification of the damaged goods and 3) your order number to, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.


What is B.F.A.B's print file content policy for the Design Lab?

Intellectual Property Rights

B.F.A.B respects your work and empowers you to express your voice and ideas. We ask that you respect the work and creative rights of others. You need to either own the content you submit to our Design Lab, or have the rights to use, display, and resell it. Content must comply with right of publicity, trademark, and copyright laws.

Illegal Content

We will remove content that depicts child pornography. Obscene content or content that depicts or promotes illegal activity may be removed and will not be sold to you. You also have to follow your local laws and those of the regions you’re shipping orders to. It’s your responsibility to understand what you legally can and can’t create in our Design Lab.

Hateful Content

B.F.A.B is proud to serve customers from around the world. We value tolerance, understanding, and respect. We don’t tolerate content that expresses hatred towards any person or group. You cannot upload this sort of content – it’s just not in the spirit of B.F.A.B

Your content is yours – B.F.A.B won’t use it in our advertising or as promotional material without your permission. All content in our Design Lab is subject to review and we reserve the right to remove it at any time and for any reason. Each case is evaluated individually.
